Two Warren men face federal firearms charges in connection with a deadly shooting at a Warren convenience store Aug. 3 that left one person dead and another injured, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio.
This follows the Wednesday indictment of Savion Woodall, 23, on murder and related charges for the same incident. Woodall is set to be arraigned today before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Ronald Rice.
The men facing federal charges are Jumal Ellis Rowe, 32, who previously was convicted of cocaine trafficking and possession, and Rayjon Ray Mcelroy, 25, who previously was convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence.
