CLEVELAND -- Senator Bernie Moreno visited the historic City Club of Cleveland on Wednesday, where the audience inside the room vocalized as much frustration and hostility as the protestors lining the sidewalk outside.
In a conversation moderated by NBC’s Henry Gomez, the senator was asked about many of the headlines that have defined President Donald Trump’s second term. One of Gomez’s first questions of the senator centered on the Republican “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” which Moreno supported.
Gomez inquired whether Moreno was concerned that the implementation of the law will prevent people from receiving health care and the benefits that they need.
