LYNDHURST, Ohio -- The South Euclid-Lyndhurst Board of Education has chosen its newst member.
After inveterviewing five candidates, the Board selected South Euclid resident Christian Sanders. Sanders took the oath of office during Tuesday’s (Aug. 19) meeting from Treasurer Joshua Hill.
“I’m very excited to serve this community,” Sanders told those present. “I am newer to the community, but nonetheless very fond of it. I have family in the community, several family members who graduated from Brush High School.
“I used to serve ice cream down the street, which is really cool -- Dairy King, a South Euclid staple.
