A new consultancy has been founded to help Scotland's start-ups manage equity schemes.

EquiCraft has been started up by Aberdeen-born and based John Fraser and Yorkshire-born Rachel Westwell, who were most recently finance director and head of legal, respectively, at Manchester-based tech firm Peak AI.

There they designed and ran share option schemes, through $120m of investment rounds - including from the world’s biggest tech investor, SoftBank - and ultimately managed the company’s sale to global automation company UiPath.
