BRISTOL, Va. – Virginia High junior football player Kayden Laws observed last season as teammate Keshawn Smith mesmerized defenders with his fancy footwork and sports car acceleration.

“Keshawn was so much fun to watch,” Laws said.

Smith is now on the football roster at Emory & Heny after earning second-team all-state honors and guiding the Bearcats (8-4) to the second round of the Region 2D playoffs.
