Emmerdale fans have predicted what could be next for Robert Sugden after Victoria Sugden leaves the Dales in a few months time.

Actress Isabel Hodgins took on the role of Victoria Sugden in 2006 at just 12-years-old. It was originally played by Hannah Midgley for eight years.

Taking to her Instagram, Isabel announced that her and husband Adam are expecting their first child, just months after their "perfect wedding".

Posting a stunning photo of the happy couple looking into each other's eyes as Isabel holds the ultrasound scan, the actress wrote: "First comes love, Then comes marriage, Then comes… Baby Whitehead".

While her exit from Emmerdale hasn't yet been announced or confirmed, the actress will be expected to go on maternity leave soon.
