Golden Eaglet Scout Janet Graham, 16, of Duluth, rescued a drowning teen during a Pike Lake picnic at which Graham was scheduled to perform an exhibition on how to save someone who is drowning. She noticed the drowning 14-year-old as she was standing on the beach awaiting the beginning of the exhibition.
