Now he's starting to buy up well-known Allentown sites.

Kyle Roche, the crypto currency attorney and Buffalo native who paid $3.5 million in March for a house on Tudor Place, has purchased the vacant sites of the former Old Pink and Mulligan's Brick Bar, next door to each other on Allen Street.

He hasn't said what he plans to do, but "we'll have some fairly exciting plans to share in the next couple of weeks."

The two popular bars both burned down in devastating fires just seven months apart, in June 2024 and January 2025, destroying the iconic buildings and the watering holes they housed. The Old Pink fire was deemed arson.
