MCKEE, Ky. (WKYT) - A man is facing charges in a Kentucky murder case.
Kentucky State Police troopers arrested 24-year-old James S. Bergman of Irvine on Wednesday in connection with the death of 40-year-old James D. Carmack, also of Irvine.
The incident happened in May, when troopers said they found Carmack dead inside a vehicle on Richardson Road in McKee.

Bergman is facing charges of murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
He was taken to the Three Forks Regional Detention Center in Lee County.
