Tom and Lou Ann Hillman love the home they have been in on North Sundown Drive for the last 26 years.

“We’re pinching ourselves how lucky we got to happen to be in the market and they happen to be selling,” said Tom, who, with Lou Ann, is only the second owner of the home.
