Nominees for the 2025 DJ Awards were announced Thursday (Aug. 21). Recognizing artists across a wide spectrum of dance/electronic genres, nominees range from global stars to more niche and rising artists across Afro, techno, tech house, house and beyond.

This year, the awards have introduced two new categories: the Balearic category will honor the sound of Ibiza and the DJs creating it, while the hard dance/bounce category will acknowledge the genre’s renaissance over the last year.

Voting is open now and to the public. The date and location for the ceremony will be announced in the coming weeks.
