JAYLEN Brown's dad has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

The NBA star's father Marselles was apparently involved in a parking lot dispute in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Brown was allegedly in an altercation with another man at All American Park on Wednesday.

The incident was apparently over a parking space, TMZ reported.

Brown is then accused of stabbing the victim, a youth football coach, in the stomach.

The coach was rushed to hospital in a critical condition, a police statement said.

Brown, meanwhile, fled the scene, according to officials.

He was tracked down later in the day and taken into custody Thursday morning, according to News 3 Las Vegas.

A court hearing has been scheduled for Thursday afternoon, Fox 5 Las Vegas reported.
