Jason Edward Barnes of Clinton Township was sentenced in Macomb County Circuit Court.

His sentence focused on mental health treatment as well as other conditions, according to the county prosecutor's office.

The offenses occurred in 2023 and 2024, including at the scene of a homicide, according to county prosecutors.

A Clinton Township man accused of impersonating firefighter or emergency medical services personnel at incident scenes, including a homicide, was sentenced to probation in Macomb County Circuit Court.
