CADILLAC — Munson Healthcare has expanded its Simulation Lab from Munson Medical Center to Cadillac Hospital, a move the health system says will strengthen clinical education, hospital preparedness and patient safety across the region.
According to an Aug. 21 news release, the simulation facility uses high-fidelity manikins that can blink, breathe, speak and simulate childbirth, allowing doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and other staff to practice procedures and teamwork without risk to patients.
