Delta Air Lines and United Airlines are being sued for selling "window" tickets that don't actually feature a window . Class-action lawsuits have been filed against both airlines that could win damages for millions of passengers who have paid extra to fly in these seats over the years.

The two airlines do not specify that these seats - found on a select number of its aircraft - come without windows when passengers are purchasing fares, although other US airlines do.
