WINONA, Minn. — A court-appointed examiner is set to determine whether Ava Kock is fit to stand trial after being accused of a shooting.
Kock faces a second-degree attempted murder charge along with two additional assault charges.
Court documents reveal that Kock allegedly shot at a woman who was sitting in her car in an apartment parking lot.
The examiner has 60 days to complete the report. A hearing is scheduled for October 20.
