A teenager on a dirt bike who Miami Police said struck and killed a bicyclist on the Rickenbacker Causeway last week has been arrested.

The 14-year-old was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving without a license causing death, records showed.

The crash happened around 8:20 p.m. Friday in the eastbound lanes of the causeway when the man on the bicycle was struck.

The victim, identified as 54-year-old Fabian Moses, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to an arrest report, the teen was driving in the bike lane at the same time Moses and his wife were on bicycles in the bike lane.
