ST. LOUIS — A 31-year-old man died and a 29-year-old woman was injured in a shooting Tuesday night in the city's North Riverfront area.

Police said officers were called to the scene, at North Broadway and Pope Avenue, at about 10:50 p.m.

The man and woman were taken to a hospital, where the man died, police said.

Police said the woman was in stable condition.

On Friday, authorities identified the man as Trevon Bledsoe of Dellwood. No other details were provided.
