JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) - The Johnson County Board of Supervisors is sending an updated request to one developer asking to continue improvement efforts in several mobile home communities. One of the first things addressed in that letter to Havenpark Communities says one of the company’s most recent claims is an “insult” to the board of supervisors. As TV9 has reported , Havenpark’s Modern Manor property went without clean water for a time earlier this summer. Some board members stepped in to help.

“They were informed there was an issue and they jumped into action and they were able to work in partnership with Hy Vee, I believe it was, to get that water delivered,” said Supervisor Jon Green.

But the board says Havenpark took credit for that work.
