PALMETTO, Fla. ( WWSB ) - The Manatee Chamber of Commerce honored outstanding local businesses and nonprofits at a gala event Aug. 21 at the Bradenton Area Convention Center.

The 2025 Manatee Chamber Small Business and Nonprofit of the Year Awards recognize small businesses and nonprofit organizations for “quality and excellence” as exemplified by growth, productivity, customer service, job creation and overall contribution to the community.

The Manatee Chamber of Commerce hosted the awards in partnership with presenting sponsor Credit Union 1.

There were more than 200 nominations from the community, with 89 companies and organizations electing to take steps to become applicants. The six winners were chosen from among 32 finalists.
