A “Supersonic” effort by pet-loving Oasis fans has resulted in a massive win for two lucky women and the Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth (HSKWSP).

The Oasis VIP 50/50 Raffle hit $36,695 in sales, providing a significant boost to its animal care programs.

Jackie Strauss of Hamilton and her friend, Sarah Denardis of Grimsby, walked away with half the jackpot, an impressive $18,347.50. The two also received the ultimate concert experience: two Oasis Exhibition Fan Packages of tickets to the band’s sold-out Toronto show at Rogers Stadium on Sunday, along with $500 in travel cash.
