BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – While elections have slowed down across the country and here in the Commonwealth since the 2024 election, political races are heating back up in Kentucky as politicians look toward the seat that will be open when Sen. Mitch McConnell leaves office.
Andy Barr, the current congressman for Kentucky’s sixth district and candidate for U.S. Senate, stopped by Glasgow to meet with Republicans and speak to his goals for Kentucky if he were to be elected. Barr states that no matter the situation, he will take a pro-Kentucky stance to the Senate.
