SAN ANTONIO, Texas – An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 3-year-old girl from San Antonio.

According to the alert, Aurora Bojorquez was last seen around 2 p.m. on July 7 in the 7100 block of Oldham Drive.

She is believed to be with 38-year-old Amber Heaviland, who is her biological mother, and they may be traveling in a white 2013 Dodge Caravan with TX license plate WFB8035.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Childre n, CPS met with Heaviland, who they say has a drug history and claims of child neglect, in July.

After the meeting, CPS determined the child was not in safe living conditions and notified Heaviland that her rights were being revok
