A new operator is set to take over the the former home of fine dining restaurant World Service which closed down last year after 24 years. The property, which went on the market with David Brown Commercial, is under offer.
Nottinghamshire Live understands the perspective new tenant is local and the ground floor of the 17th-century Newdigate House in Castle Gate, would be a restaurant and bar. A sub lease has been agreed and it is working its way through the lawyers at the minute.
