FORT DODGE, Iowa (KCRG) - A Fort Dodge man was sentenced for distributing methamphetamine on Thursday.
41-year-old Christopher Caquelin, of Fort Dodge, pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance in March.
Police say he confessed to being involved in a drug conspiracy in Fort Dodge between January 2023 and October 2024, aiming to sell over 50 grams of pure methamphetamine.
He sold methamphetamine to people in the Fort Dodge area, according to court documents.
Caquelin was sentenced to ten years in federal prison along with a five-year supervised release following imprisonment.
