Harvest Homecoming organizers have already promised more security after last year's deadly shooting, and now they're saying there will be no carnival rides.
WLKY spoke with people about the change coming to this year's festival, with some supporting the decision.
Families attend Harvest Homecoming every year for food, games, and to support local businesses. But organizers say this year, one part of the festivities will not return—amusement rides.
Some parents are mixed on the decision to remove rides.
