SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah- Chatham County Public School system held a ribbon cutting Thursday for their newest building edition to Groves High School.
The Career, Technical, Agricultural Education building or CTAE was designed to be an aviation maintenance and logistics pathway for students after graduation with partners like Gulf Stream and Savannah Technical College.
Dr. Angie Lewis, the Executive Director for the Office of College and Career Readiness at Groves High school said, “we wanted this building to mimic the workplace, we wanted the students that come here and receive the training, they will be working in an environment here that they will be working at in the actual work place.”
