BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – This Saturday, August 23, the community has the chance to come out and dispose of sensitive documents and electronics in a safe manner and for free.
“Shred Day” is an event Service One Credit Union has put on for decades in Bowling Green, inviting people out to dump their old checks or other documents that contain sensitive information like social security numbers and the like. This year, they are including Dispo Tech to provide people a way to get rid of electronics as well and while the event is free, they are taking donations for a local non-profit.
Kentucky Kids on The Block will benefit from all donations made that day at Service One’s Campbell Lane location and they have pledged to match those donations as well which is a great benefit to KOTB, being that donat
