Today, August 21, the Air Canada (AC) fleet got back in the sky with resumption of full service including 260 aircraft available to fly. The service disruption caused by labor negotiations is on hold for now at least as flight attendants (FAs) will vote whether to accept or decline the latest offer next week.

A federal mediator helped achieve the deal between AC and the union on Tuesday, Yahoo Finance reported. The airline has stated that travelers should only go to the airport if they have a confirmed booking. Services may be reaching full capacity but operational stability may take longer to be back to normal.
