LE ROY — The American flag at the Village Hall, 3 West Main St., was at half-staff Thursday and will be, probably until Monday, out of respect following the passing of former Mayor William S. “Sid” Horgan Jr.

Horgan, who died Monday at 78 years old, was mayor for 10 years.
