Brits are creatures of habit when it comes to their takeaway or restaurant orders, often choosing the same meal without even glancing at the menu, according to a study. ‌

A study, of 2,000 adults, found 32 per cent will always stick to what they know when ordering a meal in or eating out by choosing the same dish they always have. Despite 49 per cent confessing they would like to be more adventurous with their food choices, they invariably fall back on their old favourites. ‌
