Ah, summer — the temperatures are up (or were, anyway); the motivation to work is down; and the majority of people are doing their best to ignore the Christmas stuff that’s already being sold in stores with every fiber of their being.

That being said — and considering the fact that August is practically over — here’s what the 2025-26 winter forecast is for Pennsylvania .

Indeed, the Farmer’s Almanac — not too long after the Old Farmer’s Almanac released their fall forecast — recently released the winter forecast for all over the United States.

As for as Pennsylvania goes, the majority of the state will experience a winter that’s “cold” and “snow-filled.” Other parts will be “very cold” and “snowy.”
