STILLWATER — First impressions speak volumes.

That's why Todd Grantham's message to his new Oklahoma State players was noted last spring.

"Everybody came to our unit meeting. He walked in and the first thing he told everybody was to sit up straight. So everybody sat up straight," OSU safety David Kabongo said.

"At that point on, everybody knew he was serious about what he meant and about what we were going to do with this defense. And, you know, I was on that train."
