AvevoRX, a Greensboro-based pharmaceutical and medical devices company , has made several big splashes on a national scale in just four years of existence.

The company has ramped up at warp speed from just its co-founders — with 130 years of combined industry experience — to a national network of 351 employees and clinicians.

That includes 14 employees in Greensboro.

Foremost are the 170 nurses who administer complex medications, most often through intravenous infusion, to patients managing chronic and serious conditions within either an infusion center or in the patient's residence.

AvevoRX's growth spurt has been boosted by the acquisitions of Mid Valley Health Services of Modesto, Calif., and Access to Care LLC of Muncie, Ind.
