After around 6,000 people have had their vias revoked, college students who are in the United States on visas are fearful. Students at the University of Michigan were hesitant to speak to the news, saying that they do not want to draw attention to themselves. The State Department cited reasons for revoking visas, including overstays, being involved in criminal activity, and supporting terror organizations.
