Earl Sweatshirt has revealed that he and former fellow Odd Future member Frank Ocean have not spoken in a long time.
Sitting down for a rare interview with The New York Times’ Popcast, Earl discussed his relationships with his various former Odd Future comrades.
He said: “I talk to Tyler more than I talk to Frank. I haven’t talked to Frank in a brick. He is doing that shit. He can drop anytime he wants. Or not.”
The 31-year-old rapper dropped Live Laugh Love, his fifth solo album today (August 22) and is comprised of 11 tracks and runs less than 25 minutes long.
He only announced the album a week ago after he hosted a surprise listening party in Los Angeles but did not appear himself, instead sending a stand-in to perform his songs.
