A Joe Biden-appointed judge rained on Donald Trump’s parade when she released from a youth holding facility two teens charged in connection with the assault of a former DOGE staffer.

The teenagers, a 15-year-old boy and girl from Maryland, had been held at Washington, D.C.’s Youth Services Center since being charged after 19-year-old Edward “Big Balls” Coristine was, according to President Trump, “beaten mercilessly” after an alleged carjacking assault in the city on Aug. 3.

But Judge Kendra Briggs ordered the teens out of detention and back to their caretakers, imposing certain conditions including electronic monitoring, a 24-hour curfew, and no contact with each other, The Washington Post reported.
