Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver target Gabe Davis has still not signed anywhere, and it sounds like it is directly related to his injury history.
Mike Prisuta of WDVE said the Steelers brought Davis back to Pittsburgh this week to see what his knee looks like two months after his initial visit. It seems the Steelers and other teams are worried about the 26 year old’s knee.
“Gabe Davis was brought in for a medical follow-up. And when he came in free agency, the Steelers did not like, and subsequently other teams have not liked, what they saw from MRIs or whatever it was that they looked at following that knee injury that ended his season last year,” Prisuta said.
