PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The funeral services for Judge Frank Caprio will take place in Providence on August 28 and 29, according to a post on Caprio’s official Facebook page.

The announcement was made Friday morning in a video from Caprio’s son David Caprio, which said that further details would be released as they became available.

Judge Frank Caprio passed away Wednesday at the age of 88 after a battle with pancreatic cancer.
