At least 40,000-Lbs. of ribeye steaks were scorched when the vehicle transporting them went up in flames in Missouri.

On the morning of Monday, Aug. 18, the Doolittle Rural Fire Protection District responded to reports of a tractor-trailer fire on Route 174 eastbound, the fire department said in a Facebook post .

Footage from the scene shows the vehicle fully engulfed in flames after pulling over to the side of the highway. Firefighters rushed to put out the blaze
