North Dakota State University’s Carrington Research Extension Center will hold its annual row crop tour Aug. 21. Farmers, agriculturalists and NDSU Extension staff are invited to attend.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. — a different start time from past years. Tour wagons will leave the yard at 9 a.m., and the program will conclude around noon with a lunch sponsored by the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council, North Dakota Soybean Council, Northarvest Bean Growers Association and the National Sunflower Association.
“I’m looking forward to seeing many people attend to learn about many critical crop and pest management information to improve crops,” says Jeff Stachler, NDSU Extension cropping systems specialist at the CREC.
