Brian Kelly is entering his fourth season as head coach of the LSU Tigers. While he has reached 10 wins in two of his first three seasons, his teams have yet to make the College Football Playoff, falling short of the standards LSU expects.

As a result, ESPN analyst Chris Canty believes that Kelly is the head coach with the most pressure entering the 2025 college football season.

"At some point, Brian Kelly, one of the highest-paid coaches in college football, has got to show up," Canty said on Thursday's edition of "First Take." "Having ugly opening weekend losses, having situations where you're not competing for conference championships, having situations where you're not in the College Football Playoff is an absolute embarrassment. It's below the standard."
