RICHARDSON COUNTY, Neb. (KOLN) - The Falls City Police department is investigating a shooting that resulted in the deaths of two people on Wednesday.

FCPD posted on social media that officers were called to a house in the city on reports of two people who were shot.

Authorities state that, once on scene, they found a 23-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man dead inside the home.

Police add that there is no threat to the public and that the shooting is under investigation. No other information about the incident was provided by law enforcement.
