SHELBY COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - The USGS is reporting a third earthquake, this one the strongest, in the past 24 hours in Deep East Texas.

A magnitude 3.2 was recorded 3.5 miles west-southwest of Huxley and 43.5 miles east-northeast of Nacogdoches at 9:02 p.m. Thursday.

A 3.0 was recorded in the same area on Thursday at 3:14 p.m. A second was at 8:02 p.m. and was a magnitude 2.6.
