A forensic psychologist believes the man accused of a stabbing rampage in July at a Traverse City-area Walmart is not mentally fit to stand trial, he testified in court Friday, leading to a judge declaring him incompetent while he undergoes more treatment.

Bradford Gille has pleaded not guilty to one counts of terrorism and 11 counts of assault with intent to murder. At the end of July, Grand Traverse County Judge Michael Stepka increased Gille's bond from $100,000 to $1 million, essentially ensuring he would remain in jail while his case proceeds.
