GAINESVILLE — Florida’s matchups with UCF in 2030 and 2033 should continue as planned, even as the SEC’s move to nine regular-season football games in 2026 forces the Gators to weigh future non-conference foes.
“We need to assess all of our non-conference games we have scheduled,” UF athletic director Scott Stricklin told the Orlando Sentinel on Friday. “But having said that, I don’t anticipate any impact to our the in-state games we have scheduled currently.”
The Gators and Knights are set to square off Sept. 14, 2030 at UCF’s Acrisure Bounce House and on Sept. 3, 2033 in the Swamp to complete a three-game series agreed upon in 2021.
Florida is scheduled to host Florida Atlantic on Sept. 6, 2026, and Florida A&M on Aug. 31, 2030.
