North Lanarkshire was proud to welcome fundraiser Archie Whitfield to the area as he kicked off the next stage of his incredible journey to raise funds for The Brain Charity. ‌

Archie is no stranger to going the distance. Earlier this year, he completed his first challenge, 20 Stadiums, 1 Goal – running an astonishing 835 miles to every English Premier League stadium in just 25 days. ‌

Now, he’s lacing up again, this time to run to every Scottish Premiership ground. ‌

Archie was welcomed to Motherwell FC’s Fir Park Stadium by Provost Kenneth Duffy, who praised his determination.
