Chocolate Chip Cookies:

All-Purpose Flour 51 1446
Baking Soda 4t —

Method
In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, scraping down between each addition, followed by the vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixer. Mix until half combined and scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula.
