MIFFLINBURG — A Lewisburg man is accused of driving under the influence of a controlled substance with a 3-year-old child in his SUV before flipping the vehicle on Chestnut Street on July 23, according to the Mifflinburg Police Department.

Police said a female passenger took the child from the backseat, ran to the nearby Scarlet D and left the child unattended at the bar while she attempted to flush drug paraphernalia in the bathroom.
