LAKE COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) - It was a busy day on the links.

Friday the 2025 Watermark Classic launched off at Indian Lake Hills.

The proceeds from the event go towards the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Michigan.

According to event organizers there were over 200 golfers spread across 27 holes supporting a good cause.

“Today we get to have a lot of fun playing golf.... which helps domestically accused children,” said Chris Mason the co-founder for Watermark Brewing. “It’s awesome to have this many community supporters because it is such an important cause helping the raise funding.”

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Michigan is a program that works to advocate for victims of sexual assault.
